Shipping/Handling Policy

All domestic packages are handled via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping and handling on purchases in the United States of up to $36.00 is a flat rate of $7.50. On US purchases of more than $35.00, shipping and handling is provided at no charge. Most orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days from the date the order is received. However, there may be a rare instance where shipping our organic socks may take longer. If so, you will be notified via e-mail or phone within 1-2 days of placing your order.

Return/Cancellation Policy

At Huffman Hosiery Mills, Inc., we work hard to provide you with the best quality products and services because your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unsatisfied with our organic socks for any reason, we will accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in original packaging in order to receive proper credit. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless an incorrect item is shipped in error or the item is defective.

International Orders

At this time, we are not set up to calculate shipping for orders outside the U.S. and Canada. If you are interested in having an order shipped internationally, contact us and we will manually calculate the international shipping rate and send invoice via e-mail.

Privacy Policy

We understand the sensitive nature of the information you provide to us when completing an order. The information you provide will be kept confidential and will only be used by Huffman Hosiery Mills, Inc. Any information collected by Huffman Hosiery Mills, Inc. will not be shared with or sold to any outside parties.
